Corner of 7th and Moody is a residential interior design studio offering new-construction interior design, residential remodel design, and interior styling for model units and short-term rentals. Led by Principal Designer Andrea Gipson, Corner of 7th and Moody's signature style is culture-rich, deeply personal interiors that balance style, story, and nuance in everyday environments. Andrea’s work spans fit-and-finish selections for new home construction, thoughtful design guidance for residential remodels, and layered interiors for short-term rentals and model units—always grounded in restraint and spatial clarity.

I’m Andrea Gipson, the Principal Designer and Creative Director of Corner of 7th and Moody, an interior design studio based in Dallas TX and serving clients across Houston and the U.S. I design interiors that blend nuance, function, and story to curate spaces that feel timeless beyond trends.
With a background in public service and a lifelong passion for housing equity, my work is guided by a deep commitment to human dignity. I advocate for individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity and bring that same care into every project, creating design solutions that restore beauty, function, and intention. My heart is always with the least of them. I’m especially passionate about serving underrepresented communities and crafting interiors that reflect culture, identity, and meaning, because everyone deserves a safe, dignified place to call home, one that mirrors exactly who they are.
Design has always been more than aesthetics to me; it is ministry, advocacy, and storytelling. It is how I bridge vision and value, helping clients make confident design decisions, whether they are building a new home from the ground up or reimagining the spaces they already live in. The interiors I create are inviting, layered, and timeless, elevated by what is unexpected, details that surprise yet feel perfectly placed, shifting the atmosphere and leaving a lasting impression.
