I’m Andrea, Founder and Principal Designer of Corner of 7th and Moody. I design interiors that blend nuance, function, and story to create spaces that feel timeless beyond trends.
With a background in public service and a lifelong commitment to housing equity, my work is grounded in human dignity. I advocate for individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity and bring that same care into every project, creating design solutions that restore beauty, function, and intention. I’m especially passionate about serving underrepresented communities and crafting interiors that reflect culture, identity, and meaning, because everyone deserves a safe, dignified place to call home.
Design has always been more than aesthetics to me. It is ministry, advocacy, and storytelling. It is how I bridge vision and reality, helping clients make confident design decisions, whether building a new construction home, planning a large-scale renovation, or reimagining the spaces you live in. The interiors I create are unmistakable, layered, and timeless, elevated by unexpected details that feel intentional and well placed, shifting the atmosphere and leaving a lasting impression.
From Dallas to Houston and across the U.S., I partner with homeowners, investors, and multifamily developers who value intentional design.
